I’m going to go inside and take a look inside and see what it represents itself here. So when you go inside the house, you start to see that we have the living room. We have the kitchen area here. As you can see, we’re going to need to put new carpet in here. Obviously new paint, we’ll update the kitchen. This is your master bedroom, master bath.
Again, this property is in Winder, Georgia. That’s Barrow County 30680 zip code. You got the laundry room here and again, we’ll take care of all this. You got the two car garage. The light’s not really working in here. We’ll get that fixed. And you have a pretty nice sized bonus room up here.
