Hey, Local Key team here. I want to show you another property that we just picked up in Canton, Georgia that is in Cherokee County. It’s this little condo here. Just give you a quick walk around and show you some of the things that we have to do to it. Nice vinyl siding, low maintenance. We just installed a brand new heat pump HVAC unit. You got your secondary bedroom here also with a full bathroom. So we’re going to continue to clean this place up and get it looking good again. It’s got a one-car garage, it needs to be cleaned up, it needs an electrical panel cover.
