Hi guys, Natalie here with the Local Key team. Just wanted to show you another property we recently picked up here in Winder, Georgia. We just closed on it last week, so wanted to give you a quick walkthrough to show you what we bought and the condition that it was delivered in. And we will be doing a rehab and flip on this one.
So you got a front porch. Here’s the home when you enter it. Got a eat-in kitchen that we’ll be painting in here and putting in some updated appliances. This is the living room with a fireplace. Going on down the hallway, we have a full bathroom. And this is a three bedroom, two bath. Also has a detached garage that has a little in-law apartment suite above it. Got a laundry closet here. There’s one of the secondary bedrooms. Another bedroom. Got a linen the closet at the end of the hall. And this is the master bedroom, the back deck, and the second full bathroom. And now we’ll head outside and I will show you the garage with the apartment suite on top of it.
All right. Here is that detached garage I was telling you about. So it’s for two cars. We have the screened porch off the main house here. This is inside that garage, and we’ll head up the stairs and I will show you the apartment. This also has a wraparound side porch, and then you can get a glimpse of the backyard as well. This is the little apartment suite. Has a space for a kitchenette in there. It’s pretty spacious up here, so this will be really nice once it’s rehabbed. And we also have a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
